Rules and Regulations

Important: Please read all rules carefully. You must accept them to complete your application.

I undertake to abide by the rules and regulations of the Madrasah and ensure that the students that I am applying for will also abide by these rules and regulations. The rules include, but are NOT limited to the following:

  1. I, the parent, request that the following student(s) are given admission at Mohaddis-E-Azam Education Centre, Dewsbury. I have paid or will pay the registration fee of £101.00 per family (brothers and sisters) before the processing of the application. This fee will not be returned if you do not accept the confirmation of place. The place will be confirmed either in February or August (and or at the Head Teacher discretion). If we fail to guarantee a place within above mentioned time period, we will retain 10% processing fee. I undertake to abide by the rules and regulations of the Madressah and ensure that the students listed below also do the same. The rules include, but are not limited to the following:
  2. All children shall be bathroom trained and must wear the designated uniform.
  3. Children shall not bring food, drink or sweets to Madressah.
  4. The yearly madrissah fee is £288.00 per child and MUST be paid monthly and in advance by standing order at the beginning of each month.
  5. The madressah fee shall be payable even for madressah holidays and if the child is absent.
  6. All parents and children shall always comply with the requirements of the constitution.
  7. I permit Mohaddis-e-Azam Mission to use the audio, video or pictures of my child(ren) for promotional, inspirational and motivational purposes.
